3. For wrong item delivered, defective and damaged items, the customer shall:

Our Customer Service Representative shall attend to the customer’s concern within 48 hours.
3b. Return the item to the nearest EMCOR store not more than 7 days from receipt of item. You may also request for pick-up of item from your location for FREE. Item must be in its original delivery condition; complete with carton box and complete standard accessories with original copy of Sales Invoice. Note: Shipping or delivery charges paid by the customer is NONREFUNDABLE. Processing of refund or replacement shall be within 15 business days from receipt of wrong, defective, or damaged item.
3c. For items returned from 8th to 30th day from purchase, the concern shall still be investigated but the item replacement shall be under manufacturer’s decision and approval. Refund or replacement of items returned to EMCOR beyond 7 days from purchase shall be processed within 30 business days.
4. The Customer Service Representative shall inform the customer whenever the replacement is already available. The customer can pick up the item at the nearest EMCOR store in the area or can request for the item to be delivered for free for areas within 10 kilometers from the store. For areas beyond 10 kilometers, standard delivery fee shall apply.
5. Refund of returned items shall be via online deposit, cheque payment or credit card payment reversal. For refund via cheque payment, customer may claim it at nearest EMCOR store.
6. Updates on the status of refund or replacement shall be given by the Customer Service Representative thru email, voice call, SMS or other preferred channels.
